How to read a bar

It runs from where we started to where we said we would be. The tick is where a straight line to the target would put us today. Fill short of the tick is the conversation; red does not need a column.

What fills in the [Y]s

Targets come from the target-setting protocol: each leader proposes, the CEO approves against the bet arithmetic. A number typed into goals.yml turns a pending bar into a real one the next morning. Nobody types a number into this page.

Where the rows come from

Every row is listed in reports/targets.yml with its owner, bet and definition. Rows marked hand-counted stay so until a source exists; each dashboard that lands retires one.
